We Commit. </span></p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Preparing manual and automatic posting and entering them into the system as part of the general ledger  </p></li><li><p>Reconciling balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts  </p></li><li><p>Closing accounting periods in accordance with the defined list of activities and provisions of the service contract  </p></li><li><p>Posting prepayments and accruals and <span>provisions  </span></p></li><li><p>Opening and closing accounting periods in the books  </p></li><li><p>Receiving fixed assets  </p></li><li><p>Ongoing posting of fixed assets  </p></li><li><p>Updating fixed assets records  </p></li><li><p>Posting <span>depreciation  </span></p></li><li><p>Reconciling bank account accounts  </p></li><li><p>Perform iPace controls </p></li><li><p>Participation in operational calls</p></li><li><p>Job-related support for other team members (acting as a buddy for less experienced colleagues)</p></li><li><p>Analyzing of the problems reported by the Customer (escalations) and active participation in solving them</p></li><li><p>Identifying the sources and gaps in the process, proposing and implementing improvements (Kaizen ideas) </p></li><li><p>Taking part in the transitions/scope expansions projects</p></li><li><p>Contribution to Internal/External Audit preparation and presentation to auditors</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and update SOPs</p></li><li><p>Other specific activities determined for the assigned accounting area</p></li><li><p>Other activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior</p></li><li><p>Assisting in other day-to-day administrative tasks</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor or Master degree (Economics, Finance and Accounting or related <span>education)  will</span> be an asset</p></li><li><p>Very good command of English (min. B2) </p></li><li><p>Spanish (min.
