Job Description

HR across Statkraft is continuously working to enable good organisational and people development, and the best possible day-to-day employee experience for our Statkraft colleagues.

The Statkraft People Development team is working hand in hand to develop employees and leaders across Statkraft’s global organization. Our focus is to develop a diverse and inclusive workforce with the skills and competencies needed to deliver on the company’s ambitious growth agenda. Our deliverables include global learning & development initiatives, Statkraft’s processes for individual goal setting and employee development, and diversity & inclusion. The People Development team seeks those who have a deep passion for enabling employees to grow and contribute as their full self at work.

In the role as Senior Advisor Learning & Development you will be a valued member of the team and work with design and delivery of training for employees at all levels of the organization, development of internal education offerings within critical competency areas, and support roll out of global people development initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interaction with colleagues in the business and HR to translate business needs into relevant learning interventions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in the line organization to develop blended learning journeys for non-leaders on critical “hard-skills”
• Collaborate with colleagues in the People Development team to design innovative learning solutions for all employees – including both learning on the job and formal learning
• Inspire and support the organization to utilize online learning as a natural part of their development

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you have: 

• Passion and experience within people development  
• Experience in developing creative learning solutions with a good blend of classroom, online and on the job learning 
• Experience in translating business demand for development of “hard-skils” into effective training offerings 
• Hands-on experience in how to ensure adoption and utilization of online learning in organizations 
• Structured and solutions-oriented approach to work 
• Good business understanding and collaboration skills working across cultures and geographies
