Staff Product Designer - Moloco Commerce Media
As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll define the future of Moloco's Commerce Media experience by defining the design vision for how retailers run their advertising business on our platform. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary set of stakeholders to evolve and execute a strong product vision that showcases MCM as a leader in retail media. You’ll drive customer impact through creating new experiences supporting complex enterprise workflows.
The Opportunity
- Develop and deliver on the experience vision for a strategic MCM product area, partnering with Product and Engineering leads to bring it to life through impactful product and feature launches.
- Own end-to-end design on complex, ambiguous initiatives across analytical, data-heavy surfaces from problem framing and discovery through high-fidelity execution and post-launch iteration.
- Use prototyping as a way of thinking bringing interactions, data visualizations, and complex workflows to life early to drive internal alignment.
- Set and raise the design quality bar across MCM, leading the definition and adoption of new patterns and components in the design system to drive intentionality and craft across every customer-facing surface.
- Mentor and coach designers as a meaningful part of your day-to-day, dedicating time to the development of the team.

- 8+ years of professional product design experience, with a track record of delivering impactful product and feature launches in complex B2B experiences at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design end-to-end for an entire product area from shaping the vision and strategy to nitty gritty details during execution.
- Strong craft with a deep foundation in interaction and visual design. You understand what it takes to digest a complex problem and turn it into simple, usable, and scalable solutions.
- A track record of framing ambiguous, multi-sided problems and using research, data, and experimentation to refine solutions over time.
- Use AI as a core part of your daily design practice as AI-native is how we work.
- Strong prototyping skills — you treat prototyping as a way of thinking and communicating, not just a deliverable.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills. You can frame complex problems and decisions clearly for peers, engineers, and leadership and you know the difference between presenting to each.
- Passion for mentoring and upleveling other designers, with a genuine investment in growing the craft of those around you and strengthening team culture through thoughtful feedback and helping shaping how the team works and grows.
- A growth mindset. You seek feedback often, change your mind when the evidence says to, take ownership of outcomes, and stay productive when priorities shift.
