<h3><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven<span> </span><strong>Global Vendor Management Specialist</strong><span> </span>to join our Procurement team. You will focus on building and managing strong partnerships with suppliers worldwide, ensuring that Workwize delivers best-in-class pricing, reliability, and service to our clients. Your ability to balance supplier collaboration with data-driven decision-making will be critical to our success in scaling globally.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Vendor Relationship Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Establish and strengthen partnerships with global IT suppliers to enhance competitiveness and service delivery.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead negotiations on pricing, service SLAs, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance, ensuring alignment with Workwize’s standards.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Global Strategy & Pricing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design vendor strategies that drive profitability and customer value.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor global trade conditions, currency fluctuations, and market shifts to inform vendor agreements.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Data Analysis & Insights</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Perform margin analysis, cost forecasting, and profitability assessments across vendor networks.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Leverage visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present vendor performance insights.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Track and report key vendor KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>2–3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or global trade.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse cultures.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of international trade regulations and currency impacts is a plus.</p>
</li>
