The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and acting as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage senior-level meetings and events from start to finish:
Schedule meetings, reserve space, coordinate catering, and plan executive dinners
Develop and manage agendas, and provide preparation materials
Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Create detailed travel itineraries with minimal instruction
Anticipate and coordinate upcoming meetings and engagements
Track organizational action items and monitor the status of key initiatives
Manage executive calendars independently, prioritizing high-impact activities
Provide on-site support at the 1 Vanderbilt Kyndryl location as needed

Required Skills and Experience
3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Outlook (heavy calendar management)
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Concur/Expense tools
- Event and class coordination tools
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $44,400 to $79,680 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $48,840 to $95,640
Colorado: $44,400 to $79,680
New York City: $53,280 to $95,640
Washington: $48,840 to $87,720
Washington DC: $48,840 to $87,720
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
