About the role

 

Overview

 

The Associate Project Manager, Marketing is responsible for the seamless coordination of all marketing projects, driving process improvements, and facilitating translation efforts. This role provides process training and guidelines to help ensure global brand consistency and compliance.

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects in Workfront, like reviews, redlines, approvals, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
  • Manage translation efforts for marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across different languages and regions.
  • Assign design, internally or externally with vendors and agencies.
  • Ensure all marketing communication materials are routed as defined in the marketing process and approved in PLM as per defined project timelines.
  • Ensure maintenance of existing global material and availability of marketing material through shared platforms, e.g. SharePoint, MAM

  • Liaise with translation vendor(s) on translation projects, including quotes, workflows, and timelines.
  • Manage translation budget and ensure translation requests are charged to the correct cost center.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Travelling Requirement: up to 10%

 

 

 

What you bring to the team:

 

 

Education

•   Bachelor´s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field

 

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working in either the Medical Device industry or in labeling and content creation and management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Class III medical devices.

IT Skills

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Agile/PLM, Adobe Suite

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in Workfront project management tool is a plus.

 

 

Further Requirements: Experience working within international cross-functional teams and corporate environment is a plus.
