Therapist, Occupational Per Diem

Regions Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work one weekend a month and one holiday a year. This position would be trained in both acute care and acute rehab. Please apply if you would like to join this dynamic team! 

In this position you will provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain.  

Work Schedule:

One weekend a month and one holiday per year

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist
• Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist
• Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in similar settings/diagnosis.
• Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
