Reporting to the Senior Director, HRBP - GTM based in Boston, you will have the opportunity to partner with and support our regional functions to drive strategic people initiatives across all levels. Our KPPL function exists to make Klaviyo the best place for ambitious people to learn and grow. We are a product-led function, with culture being our product.</p> <p>In this critical leadership position, you will represent the voice of the region to our KPPL expert partners, align our KPPL strategy to business objectives, and deliver programs that continually make our product better. You will also have the unique opportunity to hard-launch our product in Dublin, and build the culture from the ground up. You will support business leaders in GTM and post-sales teams including Customer Success, Customer Support, G&amp;A, as well as R&amp;D as a sounding board and thought partner, a player-coach, and act as a trusted advisor to the business. If you are an expert builder, skilled at driving rapid change management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, then this is the role for you.</p> <p>As a strategic partner to our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Klaviyo's talent initiatives across these critical teams. You will focus on organizational development, leadership coaching, and driving impactful change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make A Difference:   </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Partnership: </strong>Serve as the HRBP for all of our EMEA orgs, directly supporting C-level and VP executives, with hands-on consultation to build healthy, high-performing teams.</li> <li><strong>Leadership Development:</strong> Guide and coach leaders through talent practices, performance management, succession planning, and proactive engagement strategies that foster leadership growth and team effectiveness.</li> <li><strong>Talent Strategy:</strong> Collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving organizational design and transformational talent initiatives that enable scalable growth.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Insights: </strong>Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive actions that improve organizational health and performance.</li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Lead and execute large-scale organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high levels of employee engagement in a rapidly scaling environment.</li> <li><strong>People Programs:</strong> Collaborate with People team Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement programs that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and career development.</li> <li><strong>Employee Relations: </strong>Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company culture and values while driving positive employee experiences.</li> <li><strong>EDI Advocacy:</strong> Partner with Equity, Diversity &amp; Inclusion (EDI) leaders to champion initiatives that create a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>12+ years of HRBP experience with a strong background supporting go-to-market and/ or customer support organisations, preferably in fast-paced / high growth SaaS environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience influencing and advising senior leaders, including the C-suite.</li> <li>Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence decision-making through data and insights.</li> <li>Experience identifying, designing, and deploying HR initiatives within a regional office.</li> <li>Passion for collaborating with others (People team COEs, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.) to build world class teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple, complex, competing priorities, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with a proactive, self-starter mindset</li> <li>Eligibility to work in Ireland
