Director – Pharmacy, Infusion provides administrative leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning for infusion services within the Pharmacy department, ensuring the efficient and productive utilization of personnel, material, and financial resources. This role is responsible for the seamless integration of pharmacy services with other hospital areas and emerging delivery systems. The Director manages ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall service efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with system goals, this position formulates proactive action plans and executes them through effective teamwork across various hospital components. Furthermore, the Director ensures fiscal responsibility and drives clinical and operational performance improvement initiatives within the pharmacy service line.

Reports to: Executive Director – Pharmacy
Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, plus at least 3 years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice required.
• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Indiana or eligible for licensure.
• Requires knowledge of the accepted practices, procedures, regulations, and techniques applicable to the practice of Pharmacy.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience is required.
