The Air Dominance Finance Organization has an immediate opening for a Direct Investment (DI) Finance Manager (M4) within the Air Dominance Portfolio. This Business Manager role will have ownership of the DI efforts valued at over $1B which supports future production growth within the Air Dominance Portfolio.
This role provides a tremendous opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the execution of a key area of growth within the Air Dominance portfolio. This role offers a unique experience with financial ownership over capacity improvement, yield improvement, and capital projects. The DI efforts require the implementation of internal Earned Value Management (EVM) to support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally across PMO, OPS, SCM, ENG, and QMA as a critical business partner to analyze cost & schedule performance variances, identify performance trends, drive correct actions to closure, and improve predictability of the EAC process. This individual will lead a team to support EACs, Financial Reporting, CDRLs, key pursuits and ad hoc tasking. An ideal individual for this role will be a strong communicator with a desire to learn, seek process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Analyze investment EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to program and functional leadership.
- Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and collaborating with functional counterparts to EAC inputs are analyzed and provided on schedule.
- Coordinate & Communicate with SSBU and Program Finance teams to set expectations for EAC and forecast deliverables including flow down and deliverable timing & expectations.
- Drive the team's RPLAN updates and conduct trend analysis and communicate how program performance impacts BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, & Cash).
- Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Meet critical deadlines and develop reports to encourage solutions and process improvements.
- Support Ad-hoc requests as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience conducting business with various functional disciplines (ex. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Experience with APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, RPLAN, EDIT+ or a similar system
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint
