About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team, where your expertise will help us anticipate and navigate emerging risks, fostering responsible business growth. As a Coverage Strategist within our Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team, you'll design, develop, and maintain an adaptable AML transaction monitoring program. Collaborate with sector, regional, and core colleagues, as well as Lines of Business (LOBs), to implement monitoring strategies, support data management, and coordinate change management activities. This role offers the opportunity to think creatively, challenge the norm, and strive for excellence in a constantly evolving risk landscape.

Regulatory Strategy is seeking to add a Senior Associate to its team to assist the department with Executive Briefings and contribute to other reporting needs as time permits. This dynamic position provides opportunities for working across the firm, including but not limited to working with Compliance, Legal, LOBs/Functions including Control Management. Candidate will develop expertise on the firm’s regulatory agenda as well as a deep understanding of how regulatory matters are managed at a firmwide level. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility and ownership for executive briefings for Board, Operating Committee and other senior management meetings with regulators. A successful candidate will be able to project manage the high volume number of briefings they need to produce, stay on top of deadlines and drafts, source agenda topics, edit content to crystalize key messages while giving sufficient detail and context; collaborate on drafting with stakeholders of all levels, etc. 
  • Contribute to other reporting including thematic reporting on regulatory matters for the firm
  • Assist with other team deliverables

Law degree preferred (but not necessary)
