Your team

You will be working in our global C&ORC Cyber Risk team, part of the 2nd line-of-defense, and be based in Poland reporting to the Lead Cyber Risk Controller for the GOTO TISO and CISO divisions. The global team brings together skillsets and background in cyber/information security, technical engineering / software development, IT risk and controls, and a variety of other 1st and 2nd line experience. Your expertise

We welcome a candidate with proven leadership in technology and cyber risk management, including in financial services industry, with an understanding of applying business context to technology risk. Other qualifications include:

•7+ years of relevant Cyber/Security experience preferably in the 1st Line of Defense.
•Experience of leading and/or contributing to the engineering and/or operational management of Insider Threat program and/or Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Event Management Systems (SIEM) for on-prem infrastructure and Cloud hosted solutions.
•Knowledge of Networks and networking protocols is a plus.
•Experience supporting technology conversations with technology subject matter experts, auditors, and regulators.
•Adaptability to be able to swiftly move between cross-functional cyber disciplines.
•Self-starter with a keen drive to own outcomes end to end.
•Understanding of technology risk / cyber security frameworks (such as NIST, CRI and COBIT)
•Being able to combine technical knowledge with risk appetite metrics to drive thematic risk assessments and assurance activities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to manage work effectively under pressure and deliver products timely.
•Ability to translate risk assessments into clear, actionable feedback for business partners and deliver succinct messages for board level syndication
•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical and/or engineering discipline.
•Certifications such a as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalents are a plus.
