Job Description

• Supplying first level Content Manager support by maximizing operational efficiency among end users by providing timely and accurate resolution to support requests. 
• Actively liaising between Actuarial, CPS, Product Development and PSD business areas along with Development/QA to prioritize bugs, enhancements and new releases to Content Manager and its satellite applications. 
• Assisting in reimagining a new authoring system. 

In this role you will be looked to for your in-depth experience working in the current system, knowledge of coverage and actuarial processes, products and workflow, ability to support the development team and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.  
• Strong systems experience required with excellent project management and technical writing skills.  
• Systems development-related coursework desired.  
• Familiarity with ISO forms, rules and loss costs products.  
• Knowledge of workflow procedures. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.  
• Superior organization skills. 
• Strong ability working in deadline-driven situations. 
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
