The STARS Improvement Analyst develops, implements, and project management of the company's Medicare/Medicaid Stars Program. Contributes to all Stars quality improvement programs and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2 or more years of Healthcare experience

• Comprehensive experience Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint

• Understanding of metrics, trends and the ability to analyze and identify gaps in care

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree

• Progressive experience in the health solutions industry

• Prior managed care experience

• Experience with SQL which includes the ability to create reports from scratch and also run existing reports

• Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments a plus

• Understanding of CMS Stars, performance measures, HEDIS knowledge and experience

• Background working in quality improvements

• Experience with tools such as SAS, Power BI, SSIS, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, and/or Qlikview for running analysis, automating processes, or creating dashboards, self-service tools, and data visualizations

• Visio and Access (data analysis, experience with relational databases)

• Medicare and/or Medicaid experience

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided.  Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
