At Gympass, you not only have the opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced global environment - but you'll make wellbeing universal, so everyone can be happy and healthy. </p> <h1><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></h1> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Senior Frontend Software Engineer</strong> to our <strong>Partner Content team</strong> in <strong>Portugal</strong>! </p> <p>The Partner Content team is a multidisciplinary squad responsible for providing Self Services for Partners<strong>, </strong>to boost partnership productivity, expand longtail, and improve Partners experience with Gympass.</p> <p>Our Partners Area is accountable for:</p> <ul> <li>The offer side of our marketplace (we work to provide a “shop window” for the partners, bringing customers and helping Gympass to have more corporate clients);</li> <li>Helping partners operate inside the marketplace and offer multiple services, gaining new income;</li> <li>Addressing many challenges such as providing autonomy, a self-service setup, business insights, support partners attracting more clients, support new types of partners, build new systems and improve the current ones;</li> <li>Provide APIs to integrate in high scale with CMS (Club Management System) systems.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Ensure successful delivery of projects, and promote the long-term technical health of our services;</li> <li>Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;</li> <li>Partner with product and design to build highly responsive, intuitive, and sleek experiences that will delight customers and set a high bar for all web applications;</li> <li>Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands;</li> <li>Create new services and capabilities to meet emerging needs as our business grows;</li> <li>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.</li> </ul> <h1><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;</li> <li>Strong experience designing and developing highly scalable service applications and with modern agile product development teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;<br/></li> <li>Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking;</li> <li>Experience working with the ReactJS ecosystem - (candidates with Angular or Vue experience will also be considered);</li> <li>Experience with micro frontend is considered a plus;</li> <li>Experienced in designing and developing complex modern web applications;</li> <li>Experienced in developing RESTful/GraphQL web services collaborating with backend teams to create mocks, define payloads and follow the HTTP best practices;</li> <li>Consolidated experience working with modern agile product development teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;</li> <li>Experienced in implementing prototypes and in practices and concepts such as MVP, A/B testing, and feature toggles for rolling-out features to production;</li> <li>Proficient in a broad range of common UX patterns;</li> <li>Good understanding of how a browser works behind the scenes;</li> <li>Experience with automated, unit, and behavioral testing of react components;</li> <li>Strong communication skills: able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders;</li> </ul> <p>We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
