Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hourly shift work for patients in their homes in the Buffalo area. The RN will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care, monitoring health conditions, and providing emotional and educational support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.

· Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.

· Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.

· Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.

· Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.

Qualifications:

· Current and valid New York State RN license.

· CPR certification (required).

· Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).

· Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.

· Compassionate and reliable with excellent communication skills.
