The Impact You’ll Make

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

Job responsibilities:

• Manage Global labs RFID solution implemented to protect Customer IP and track material end to end.
• Translate project requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Select and integrate RFID hardware (tags, readers, antennas) optimized for the project environment.
• Develop software systems for seamless RFID data processing, management, and reporting.
• Conduct rigorous testing of RFID systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability under diverse conditions.
• Identify and address system challenges, refining components to meet project goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendor and Business stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including system designs, technical reports, and user manuals.
• Communicate technical updates and project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Required skills:

• Excellent manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• RFID experience is preferred
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal, in English.
• Proficient in utilizing computer-based data systems, applications, and Microsoft Office software.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a physical science or similar technical field.
• 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
