Responsible for the project level profit and loss.</li> <li>Defines, generates, and reviews project management related material.</li> <li>Ensures that all required resources such as engineering, manpower, production, and facilities are available for the program.</li> <li>Works closely with the assigned project staff to ensure adequate direction is provided regarding budgeting and execution of program.</li> <li>Works closely with the assigned project staff to ensure all program deliverables are met satisfactorily.</li> <li>Works closely with VTS management to ensure that all program risks and issues are identified early and proactivel
