In support of our existing team, we are currently looking for a:</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Technician Quality Control (m/f/d)</b></p><p></p><p>QC Solids Laboratory Technician performs operational activities within own departmental responsibility. Performs daily activities related to the testing operation to ensure that all testing and release of in-process, finished drug products and stability samples are completed.</p><p>Executes yearly goals within own functional department. Supports opportunities for improvement throughout the year to ensure completion of each goal.</p><p>Adheres to company global regulations and behavior codes.</p><p>Adheres to safety regulations, reporting of dangerous situations, near misses and sources of danger in the laboratory.</p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Main Responsibilities:</span></u></b></p><p>Operation</p><ul><li><p>Performs a variety of technical procedures such as preparing routine solutions and reagents and performing routine reactions.</p></li><li><p>Makes and records observations, performs simple calculations, and collects and prepares data for evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Conducts laboratory support functions such as stocking and distributing supplies and equipment, arranging and dismantling apparatus and collecting, washing and storing glassware.</p></li><li><p>Performs technical and record keeping duties in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.</p></li></ul><p>Compliance</p><ul><li><p>Supports improvement of operation systems as well as interface processes to improve compliance and/or productivity.</p></li><li><p>Follows cGMP, Quality Management Systems, company's policies, and procedures.</p></li></ul><p>People &amp; Development</p><ul><li><p>Performs goals and objectives in alignment with operational activities and company strategy.</p></li><li><p>Use and continually develop personal professional skills.</p></li></ul><p>EHS</p><ul><li><p>Complies to and promotes all workers EHS regulations, reports dangerous situations, near misses and sources of danger in the laboratory</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Requirements:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Scientific education or equivalent work experience</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of GMP knowledge</p></li><li><p>Problem Solving</p></li><li><p>Analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Written and verbal communication skills (German &amp; English)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits, and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment.
