This position is for a Support Equipment Logistics Team Lead supporting Oklahoma City Operations logistics distribution center.  The successful candidate will be expected to allocate sufficient time on the shop floor providing support and coordinate closely with the Program and Third-Party Logistics Provider to achieve exceptional delivery and quality performance. 
 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide delivery assurance oversight of TPLP including WIP status review, logistical support and priority guidance; Tracks and manages trouble racks and dormant material.
  • Engage TPLP on lean practices to support material flow and yield improvements and delivery performance; Perform assessments of the TPLP capability to perform and sustain performance.
  • Establish leading indicators of performance, which will include monitoring targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the TPLP on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; Act as primary liaison between TPLP and Program on delivery requirements.
  • Tracks and manages work in process (WIP), need by date (promise date) and expedited critical material; Proactively manage part shortage resolution. Monitors the tracking and shipping of critical inbound and outbound shipments; Tracks and manages customs clearances. Performs escalated and expedient oversight when required.
  • Lead and participate in CIP teams that will improve the materials organization and support CORE objectives for the OKC Site.

Qualifications You Must Have:                                                                                      

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • ​Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

         

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • SAP knowledge and experience are preferred but not required.
  • Aviation and High volume support equipment experience desired.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
