What You’ll Do:
Lead all phases of project management including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to drive successful project outcomes
Provide accurate cost estimating and value engineering support during project development
Review and negotiate contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite

QualificationsWhat You Bring:
3–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Proven track record with projects ranging from up to $25M
Solid understanding of project estimation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost control
Ability to lead project teams, train and develop your direct reports and build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
