Production Associate (2nd Shift)

Description

This posting is for 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Machine operation and assembly of rubber and plastic products.
2. Maintain a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time.
3. Follow all work instructions and perform all quality checks.
4. Maintain and clean and organized work area.
5. Communicate and work well with teammates and supervision.
6. Comply with OSHA safety and health rules. 
7. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must have good attendance.
2. Ability to stay focused on details.
3. Mechanical aptitude.
4. Ability to work standing 8-10 hours per day. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

1. GED or High School Diploma preferred.
2. 1 plus years of experience in the rubber industry preferred
