Job Summary

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Recruiting Coordinator! In this role, you will provide support to HR and Talent Acquisition by providing a world-class candidate and new hire experience. You will focus on interview scheduling and new hire onboarding as well as a variety of other administrative tasks.

 

This is a temporary position with potential for growing into more.

What You Will Do

• Scheduling of onsite and virtual interviews using Outlook and Teams
• Coordination of all new hire onboarding tasks including background check, documentation, IT set up, and more
• Communicate clearly to candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and interview team
• Provide support in a variety of administrative tasks necessary for ensuring a great interview and new hire experience
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
   

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Some experience in Recruiting and/or HR is highly preferred
• Must demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to move between projects/tasks quickly
• The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
• Knowledge of MS Office, prior experience with HRIS systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Candidates must be a US citizen and meet DRS security standards as imposed by DoD, including the issuance of any necessary security clearance by the US government within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
