Then Emma is the right place for you. <h3>What you'll do </h3> <ul> <li>As the Marketing Team Lead you will support and guide decisions in terms of formulating and evaluating different strategic topics in marketing alongside with the Country Manager to analyze and steer the growth in influencer &amp; affiliate marketing, CRM Channels ultimately to scale the business by growth in revenue by X multiple within the year.</li><li>You will give strategic influence and inputs for effective TV spend scaleup. </li><li>Work hand in hand with the global team on paid social and paid search channels.</li><li>Manage a team of at least three Business Development Managers who will help you get to the your set goals for the market </li><li>Check, optimize and identify opportunities to grow webshops metrics and performance such as numbers of visitors and conversion rate.</li><li>You will think outside of the box, showing creativity to test &amp; scale ideas quickly to source further growth.</li><li>You will provide guidance and mentorship in areas including setup, budgeting, optimization, tracking, reporting, testing and quality assurance.</li></ul> <h3>Who we are looking for:</h3> <ul> <li>You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related university program</li><li>You have experience in marketing, business development, and e-commerce (start-up exposure is a plus)</li><li>You have very good English communication skills</li><li>You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly</li><li>You like to take on responsibility and can work independently</li><li>You have drive, ambition, and a genuine interest in growing a business</li></ul> <h3>What we offer:</h3> <ul> <li>Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA</li><li>Work on exciting and challenging projects and to create an impact with new, innovative ideas</li><li>Grow personally and professionally from working both independently (and as part of an international team)</li><li>Work with and learn from experts and mentors in diverse fields</li><li>Create strong and meaningful connections with your team members at exciting company events</li><li>Be part of a team with a non-hierarchical and non-political mindset; one team, one dream!</li></ul>You can apply via our application portal by clicking on the button below and join our great team!
