Job duties

"As a project manager candidate will be required to do below activities:

Strategic Planning: Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying project opportunities, evaluating their feasibility, and creating project plans that align with the organization's overall strategy.

Project Execution: Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion. This involves defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as creating project schedules, allocating resources, and managing project budgets.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication is crucial for project success. Responsible for establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, clients, and external vendors. This includes conducting regular project status meetings, providing progress updates, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identifying and managing project risks is an important responsibility of the Project Manager. This involves conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely resolution and minimize any negative impact on project outcomes.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that team members are clear about their roles and responsibilities, and that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their tasks effectively. This includes providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. This includes conducting quality checks, reviewing project documentation, and implementing quality control measures to ensure that project outputs meet or exceed customer expectations.

Project Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate project performance against established goals and metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders. This includes analyzing project data, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future projects.

Minimum Qualification

• 5 to 8 years of consulting experience with good understanding of Telecom industry and strong project management skills, project management tools and methodologies. .
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive change within the organization.       • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time and resource management skills..
• In-depth knowledge of telecom industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech + PMP/Prince2 or any relevant project management degrees.
