Learning Facilitator, Experienced - Health Solutions (Short Term Employment)

Your Role

 

The Enterprise Learning team creates strategic learning solutions that engage employees in developing critical skills for effective performance and career mobility, enabling Blue Shield to further its mission. The Learning Facilitator, Experienced will report to the Manager, Learning Facilitation. In this role you will facilitate learning for Health Solutions teams.

*This is a Short-term Employment (Temporary Full-time) role.

 

Your Work

 

In this role, you will:

 

• Deliver learning solutions and programs aligned to stakeholder needs 
• Present training sessions that are engaging, interactive and aligned to delivery competencies and standards
• Indirectly manage and coach the performance of trainees by providing timely and constructive feedback
• Document learning and performance outcomes
• Complete minor updates to existing training curriculum
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality and on-time learning programs
• Constantly learn through feedback from peers, leaders, and learners
• Coordinate training delivery, following team processes from intake of a training request through completion of training class

Your Knowledge and Experience

 

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
• Requires strong written and verbal communication with direct team and stakeholders
• Experience in Blue Shield Medical Care Solutions is preferred
