With over 10,000 employees worldwide, InPost Group is one of the largest out of home delivery providers in Europe , committed to providing sustainable and efficient delivery solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers in today's rapidly changing landscape.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic <strong> HR Business Partner to join our organization and play a crucial role in supporting our Technology Teams.</strong> As an HRBP, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Technology Group, working closely with leaders and teams to drive people-related initiatives and foster a high-performance culture. Your expertise in HR and understanding of the unique needs and challenges of Engineering teams will be instrumental in shaping our people strategies and ensuring the success of our organization. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with Technology leaders to <strong>develop and implement HR strategies</strong> that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity. </p></li><li><p>Act as a <strong>trusted advisor</strong> to Technology Leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with Technology  leaders to <strong>identify and address talent gaps</strong>, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals and effective succession planning. </p></li><li><p>Proactively analyze <strong>HR metrics and trends.  </strong></p></li><li><p>Provide insights and recommendations for <strong>continuous improvement</strong>. </p></li><li><p>Drive initiatives to <strong>enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion</strong>, fostering a culture of belonging and equal opportunities. </p></li><li><p>Provide <strong>coaching and mentorship</strong> to the Technology Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, career development, and employee recognition. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Stay <strong>current on industry trends</strong> and best practices related to Technology talent management, HR policies, and employment regulations. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with <strong>cross-functional HR teams</strong> to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor's <strong>degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</strong>; Master's degree preferred. </p></li><li><p>Minimum of <strong>5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner</strong>, with a focus on <strong>supporting Engineering or Technical teams. </strong></p></li><li><p>Experience working in <strong>international teams.</strong></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluency in <strong>English and Polish </strong>(min. C1) </p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations</strong>. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated <strong>experience partnering with Engineering leaders to drive talent strategies</strong>, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. </p></li><li><p>Proven ability to <strong>build trusted relationships</strong> and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. </p></li><li><p><strong>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</strong>, with the ability to effectively convey complex HR concepts to technical audiences. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong <strong>analytical and problem-solving abilities</strong>, with experience in data-driven HR decision making. </p></li><li><p>Ability to <strong>thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</strong> and effectively manage multiple priorities. </p></li><li><p>HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus. </p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What We Offer: </p><ul><li>Professional growth within the company</li><li>Excellent working environment</li><li>Work in a hybrid model</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>If you possess the qualifications mentioned above and are enthusiastic about the opportunity to work as an HRBP within our International Tech Department, we encourage you to apply for this position.</strong></p>
