Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
• Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
• Promote listings through various marketing techniques, such as advertisements and open houses
• Conduct property viewings and address clients' questions or concerns
• Prepare and complete necessary documentation for transactions

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Proficiency in MS Office
