Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance, with proven experience in hospitality or property management environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including guest room repairs, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, HVAC servicing, and painting, while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests and staff.

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Full Time including weekends

Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operational equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues
• Repair or replace mechanical components, including belts, gears, and motors
• Conduct repairs as needed to maintain equipment integrity
• Assist with painting projects as part of facility upgrades or improvements
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities
• Support customer service initiatives by ensuring minimal downtime of equipment

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics and electrical diagrams
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems
• Skilled in painting projects
• Ability to read technical manuals
• Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and documentation.
