About the role
<p>Within the HQ Administration organization, the Reporting Country Coordinator will have the responsibility for the end-to-end administrative service rendered in the assigned geographical cluster. The aim of this role is to ensure the correct and timely closure of the monthly book-close and submission of all financial & management accounts (Reporting package) for the assigned countries, in accordance with HQ timetable and IFRS accounting policies:</p><ul><li>ensure service delivery is provided on a timely basis in accordance with specific timescales agreed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and standard processes</li><li>anticipate and proactively follow-up related matters required to complete the processes, ensuring the deadlines are achieved</li><li>ensure that all the data in relevant systems are accurately maintained</li><li>oversee the monthly book-close across the accounting tasks.</li></ul><p></p><p>Being a managerial role, that has to combine Client focus, ability to establish open working relationships with assigned client(s), work as a unique team, actively participate in the delivery of top-class service and promote the virtual team concept.</p><p></p><p>Who are we looking for?</p><p>We are looking for a senior expert that has gained a significant experience in Audit firms and/or Multinational Companies.</p><p><u>Key expectations on the role</u>:</p><ul><li>Work closely with the local focal points of multiple entities, providing support and technical accounting advice.</li><li>Support the coordination of the relations with external and internal auditors, to ensure all statutory and regulatory deadlines are met.</li><li>Ensure that the balance sheets account reconciliations are performed on a timely basis.</li><li>Deep dive in the qualitative analysis of the monthly figures and highlight any control risks as early as possible.</li><li>Participates actively in the development and the continuous improvement of the administration processes and policies.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><u>Key requirements</u>:</p><ul><li>5 up to 8 years-experience in Audit or Multinational companies</li><li>Consistent Knowledge of the general ledger mechanism and strong grip on IFRS accounting principles.</li><li>SAP proficiency.</li><li>Fluent English and at least one additional foreign European language knowledge.</li><li>Ability to deal with complexity typical of an international environment and to work with other cultures, building relationships.</li><li>Ensure two-way communication structures are in place across the team and that messages are globally consistent.</li><li>Analytical and reporting skills</li><li>Keen to deadlines, accurate and process driven mindset</li><li>Management and development of a high performing & customer focused team, implementation of robust change management controls, enhancement of processes</li><li>Development of inter-departmental and cross-functional relationships, facilitate and hold to principles and standards whilst maintaining positive professional attitude.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
