Full Time - Seasonal Maintenance Technician - Clear Lake, IA

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for One Vision's roads, grounds, buildings, vehicles, and equipment, as well as our technology-driven maintenance systems. You'll also participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including snow removal, to ensure the safety of our staff and those we serve. On-the-job training provided!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable maintenance experience (preferred)

• Experience with HVAC, fire alarm systems, surveillance, or home-based technology (preferred)

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
