Impact lives every day! The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Center Director for its nationally-accredited childcare in Fort Collins near the CSU campus. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Salary range: $58,000-$65,000, based on experience, education and credentials.
Position includes quarterly bonus potential.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, state licensing, and the community.
• Leverage your business, people, and marketing savvy to grow and operate your school.

Requirements

To be considered:

• Must be Director qualified in Colorado.
• Prior experience working in licensed childcare required.
• Prior management experience preferred.
