You will lead strategic hiring initiatives across Bloomberg’s Financial Solutions business in the AMER region, with a focus on complex and business-critical roles across the Enterprise Sales organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll shape and execute long-term talent strategies aligned with business priorities.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, while driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition practices. Alongside managing key searches, you’ll leverage market intelligence, data insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen pipelines and influence hiring decisions.
