The Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Analyst will assist with the development of the BC/DR Program including maintenance, execution and testing of the BC/DR Plan, Incident Response Procedures, Business Resumption Procedures, Pandemic Planning, and providing regular status updates to the appropriate Committee(s). The Analyst ensures that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled in the BC/DR and Pandemic Programs and assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in BC/DR incidents/events including execution of the BC/DR Plan, recovery efforts, employee updates and communications and return to business as usual.
Assist Offices and Departments with: Assessment and documentation of potential business impacts (Business Impact Analysis) including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) Definition of critical, time-sensitive functions and systems.
Design, develop, and document work area (business function) business continuity plans.
Facilitate Risk Assessment and documents business disruption scenarios including potential causes, severities, durations and recovery strategies.
Recommend recovery strategies and options and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions.
Develop and facilitate annual business continuity and disaster recovery testing and "table-top" exercises that simulate potential BC/DR scenarios.
Provide BC/DR training and awareness for executives, management and employees. Ensure all aspects of the BC/DR and Pandemic Programs adhere to regulatory requirements.
Ensure adequate BC/DR planning, documentation, testing and recovery of critical 3rd party vendors.
Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.
SECONDARY DUTIES
The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
These specifications are guidelines based on the minimum experience required to perform the essential functions of the job. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Four years of experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, project management, business analysis, or a similar function.
• Relevant Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery certifications preferred (MBCP, CBCP or ABCP).
• Knowledge of fundamental IT concepts, infrastructure and data center technologies. Knowledge of DRII/BCI fundamentals and best practices.
• Executive level written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• On call 24/7/365 to support business continuity/disaster recovery incidents/events.
