Accounting Manager

Dolphin Debit is a full-service ATM management company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide (EEFT). Dolphin Debit offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring to cash Management and compliance updates.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational and reporting functions of the Finance Department. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate and timely close of financial periods, detailing understanding of the business activities and the flow of data into the financial statements, provide leadership and direct supervision, as needed, lead process improvement and implementation of projects related to accounting systems, ensure that company procedures are adhered to, assume responsibility for internal and external audit assistance and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervision of accounting personnel and activities
• Supervise daily settlement to clients and reconciliation with debit networks
• Oversee monthly close process for accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee implementation of new system enhancements in process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting required, CPA preferred
• 5 years supervisory experience in a managerial role
• 10 years of accounting experience in multiple areas of accounting with medium-sized business $30M = in revenue
• Experience in ATM deployment or Fintech industry a plus
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong MS Office and SQL skills
• Demonstrated experience with billing and GL systems
• Potential international travel
• Must be able to work in the US
