We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to join our team in New York, United States. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Salary $78,750 Bonus Annually $39,375 & Company Car.

• Manage and optimize the overall performance of multiple branch locations, including budgets, sales targets, and market penetration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch managers and staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of customer service
• Collaborate with regional managers and executives to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies across all branches
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and community partners
• Oversee the recruitment and training of new team members in collaboration with the HR department
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• Regularly review and optimize branch processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple branches and driving sales performance
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Proficiency in relevant banking software and MS Office suite
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
