Financial Project Leader (interim management)

We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Financial Project lead for a full time mission of minimum 5 months join our Finance team within the Business Support Services department.

You will serve as the lead for the multi-faceted and large-scale revenue model transformation project, which involves multiple stakeholders and holds strategic importance for the company. The new revenue model will improve cost transparency, cost reflectiveness & cost accountability for each service provided by Coreso

Your role as a Financial Project Lead includes the following responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: You act as the single point of contact for all questions regarding the new revenue model project. You liaise with both internal (management team, business teams) and external stakeholders (shareholder representatives, regional representatives, BoD) regarding the revenue model implementation. You prepare communication supports, present, and persuade.
• Financial Analysis & Modelling: You refine and improve Coreso's cost and revenue models, ensuring the translation of Coreso’s budgets and quarterly forecasts into accurate cost and revenue models.
• Project Management: You plan and coordinate the revenue model implementation process, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Internal Process Improvement: You create and implement internal processes to best support the revenue model implementation.
• Change Management: You support and train internal staff to facilitate a smooth transition to the new revenue model.
• Strategic Advisory: You provide strategic advice to senior management on optimizing the revenue model, ensuring alignment with the company's and its external stakeholders' goals.

The costs and revenue modelling is well advanced and the next months focus will be on implementation phase with both internal stakeholders (a.o. Business and Legal) and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in business administration, business engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, financial transformation, or similar role
• Excellent analytical skills; you can understand and summarise complex concepts
• Project management experience leading transversal, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills, you can build productive working relationships with your colleagues and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and can initiate proactive interactions that drive collaboration and progress.
• Excel has little to no secrets to you, knowledge of BI/Data visualization is a plus.
• Efficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• You are capable to think strategically and provide relevant insights & recommendations to management
• You drive change and thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
• Excellent command of English and Dutch and/or French (written and oral)
• Finally, you would describe yourself as inherently curious, dynamic and solution driven. You have excellent communication skills allowing you to confidently present complex topics in front of various audiences. You are a natural team-player, enjoying the challenge of helping organisations change & evolve.
