Production & Installation Specialist (West Loop, Chicago)

We're seeking an energetic, well-organized candidate with great communication skills to join our fast-paced and fast-growing sign company in the West Loop of Chicago. A high sense of urgency and previous sign shop production experience are required.  This candidate is responsible for all aspects of the physical production and installation of signs. 


 Responsibilities

·         Have the ability to produce signs using details from the Point-of-Sale system·         Place vinyl graphics on a predetermined substrate·         Prepare/clean substrates for vinyl application, cutting, engraving, lasering, painting, and/or laminating·         Weed out excess vinyl from plotter-generated graphics·         Perform installations as required – Be efficient, but more importantly, SAFE·         Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas·         Report low inventory levels and stock to the production manager·         Work on multiple projects simultaneously·         Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order
·         Perform quality assurance measures for errors or unacceptable quality standards·         Communicate with other employees and customers in a calm and professional manner·         Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary·         Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes ·         A valid driver’s license is required   Salary/Benefits Include:

• $42,000-$52,000/year plus Monthly Bonuses
