Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our client, Randstad, in Washington, DC. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to drive strategic technical leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• Architect and Design Solutions: Develop scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and industry best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and API integrations.
• System Administration & Optimization: Manage system architecture, security settings, user permissions, and workflow automation to enhance platform efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Customization & Development: Utilize both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities to meet complex business requirements.
• Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Deployment & Data Migration: Oversee the deployment process and data migration strategies to ensure smooth transitions and system functionality.
• Performance & Compliance: Maintain system scalability and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of new Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to recommend system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration.
• Experience leading Salesforce deployment and integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities.
