Summary of Job Duties:
This position will serve as the liaison between the program and families, agencies and professionals across the state by representing the program at conferences, awareness activities and training events. The individual will Assist with collecting, tracking and maintaining data required for federal and state reporting and for determining the effectiveness of the program. The individual will be responsible for processing all paperwork required for initial and ongoing eligibility and will engage with the parent/guardian to ensure that packets are accurate and completeRegular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
An associate degree in disability studies, early childhood, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least five years experience with children and families with disabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in disability studies, early childhood or related field from an accredited institution of higher
