About the Role
Essity Professional Hygiene is currently seeking an Environmental Engineer at our facility in Menasha, WI.

What You Will Do
An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
Leader of site’s Environmental Management System including writing, communicating and implementation of the site’s environmental policies
Ensures adherence to environmental laws and regulations at the site including monitoring and reporting
Ensures implementation and completion of environmental related company requirements
Coordination of the RESH Environmental strategy and RESH OGSM for areas of environment as appliable at site level
Identifies important, emerging environmental trends and ensures that the site is equipped to continually improve
Executes environmental awareness programs across the site in alignment with company strategy
Trains the Site Organization and supports transfer of skills related to environment
Coordinates investigations and actions required through closure for Environmental incidents, non-compliances, and non-conformities
Participates in internal and external environmental audits received and coordination of site lead internal environmental audits
Point of contact for local environmental regulatory and affected certification agencies
Participant with local trade associations regarding environmental topics
