Seeking Clinical Nurse Coordinator! 
Full-Time, Flexible Schedule

Baptist Health Floyd, Cardiovascular Care Unit
Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area
 
In this role, the Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the department Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services of the unit.  Collaborates with Quality Manager to support quality initiatives and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of approved nursing program (BSN)

• Current Indiana RN license

• BLS for Healthcare Providers required

• ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)

• At least two (2) years relevant patient-care experience required

• Prior Charge Nurse experience preferred
