TWG Infrastructure, a division of The Will Group, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager, Customer Operations to lead projects from quotation through fulfillment and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience.
You will serve as the central coordinator between customers, sales, quotations, finance, warehouse operations, and manufacturing partners to ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
Project Ownership & Execution
Manage the full customer project lifecycle from quote to delivery
Coordinate timelines and project flow across internal teams and manufacturers
Monitor orders proactively and resolve risks before they impact delivery
Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking
Quote-to-Order Management
Review purchase orders against quotations and specifications
Resolve discrepancies and ensure commercial accuracy
Make real-time order decisions within approved pricing parameters
Collaborate with quotations and sales teams when changes impact scope or pricing
Customer Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Provide proactive updates on lead times, scheduling, and delivery
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and responsiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, finance, warehouse operations, and manufacturing partners
Align customer expectations with operational capabilities
Escalate and drive resolution for complex project issues

Qualifications
Required
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills
High attention to detail and commercial awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in:
Project Management
Customer Operations
Order Management
Account Management
Engineering or construction-related industries
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually
