As Germany’s first green unicorn and Europe’s fastest-growing energy company (FT1000 Ranking 2022 by Financial Times &amp; Statista), we’re pushing the transition to clean energy forward.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Provide visionary leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Digital Product &amp; Engineering.</li><li>Define and drive the digital strategy for process automation and digitalization around the entire customer journey of heat pumps (customer acquisition, installation and portfolio).</li><li>Partner closely with Product Management, Operations, Business Development and Technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement digital solutions aligned with business goals.</li><li>Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure systems using C# .Net, React, Typescript, MongoDB, Azure, and low-code/no-code platforms.</li><li>Guide the development of integrations with CRM systems, internal tools, and third-party services, ensuring seamless, future-proof connectivity.</li><li>Mentor and develop engineering managers, senior engineers and product managers, enabling high performance, professional growth, and a strong sense of ownership within the organization.</li><li>Establish and maintain technical standards for sustainable, maintainable systems, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Extensive experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams in digital product development, engineering, ideally in dynamic, fast-growing environments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to define and execute digital strategies that deliver measurable business impact and drive organizational transformation.</li><li>Experience in building great digital products in a complex environment</li><li>Advanced knowledge in technical architecture, internal tooling solutions, ideally CRM and integration platforms.</li><li>Track record of successfully managing complex projects, driving cross-functional initiatives, and inspiring teams through change and growth.</li><li>A solution-oriented, structured approach paired with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for digital innovation.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fluent in English, ideally also German.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li><strong>Work at Germany’s first green unicorn</strong> and actively shape the solar energy transition with us.</li><li><strong>The sun shines everywhere – and so do we.</strong> At Enpal, you’ll join a highly motivated and diverse team with over 65 nationalities working toward one mission.</li><li><strong>Office or home?
