Sales Reporting Specialist
Denver, CO

Position Summary:
This role involves collaborating with team members in Sales, Accounting and FPNA to ensure YES Sales activity is accurately recorded and reported. The Sales Reporting Specialist will be responsible for all YES sales recording activity that drives company financials, sales agent commissions along with other key performance metrics.

This position involves being the primary point of contact for all sales recording activities. This position will review all sales packets diligently for accuracy and completeness while working with both lending partners and Home Office Sales agents for necessary corrections. Timeliness of sales recording is of the upmost importance as this position drives all company sales reporting metrics in addition to starting the sales agent commission process for all sales activity. The role requires close attention detail along with ability to process a high volume of sales activity, particularly during company month-end.

Essential Functions:
• Work independently to review all incoming sales packets to check for completeness and accuracy and pair with lender funding notification when applicable to officially book sales in various YES systems.
• Responsible for identifying and communicating needed corrections for outstanding issues needed to record a sale to appropriate YES Home Office Sales representative.
• Responsible for successfully and accurately storing all Sales Packets for historical records.
• Work directly with Accounting, Commissions and FPNA teams to identify and correct all sales discrepancies while providing timely recording and responses to accurately book all YES sales activity.
• Employ a solution-oriented approach to navigate different challenges that arise from sales activity.
• Provide reports and insights on key performance metrics to the Sales Manager, sales team, and other key stakeholders.
• Perform monthly audits in YES Resident Management system to ensure all promotions and concessions align with purchase agreements and are entered accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually + 10% annual bonus
