Come join our team of All-Stars!<br/>About the role<br/>As Starburst continues to scale globally, we are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will support the growth of our engineering and product teams across EMEA, focusing primarily on our expansion in Poland and Israel. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to develop and refine hiring processes for scale, source and evaluate talent, and close top candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build a world-class R&amp;D team as Starburst becomes the next great SaaS company in the data space. <h3>As a Technical Recruiter at Starburst you will: </h3> <ul> <li>Proactively source, engage, screen, and qualify engineering and product talent through various channels, primarily focusing on EMEA markets</li><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job opening and initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and closing</li><li>Develop recruitment strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future roles of varying complexity across multiple locations</li><li>Partner with engineering and product leadership as well as HR to ensure that hiring processes are efficient, effective, and compliant</li><li>Continually aid in the enhancement of our recruiting processes and best practices </li><li>Ensure all candidates have a position interview experience regardless of the outcome</li></ul> <h3>Some of the things we look for: </h3> <ul> <li>High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment</li><li>Loves the hunt, and has a proven track record of turning passive candidates into active pipeline</li><li>Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities effectively</li><li>Can close candidates with the right balance of consideration, transparency, and drive</li><li>Strong communication skills and an ability to </li><li>Leverages data to monitor the health of hiring processes, advise stakeholders, and manage ATS cleanliness</li></ul> <h3>Where could this role be based?</h3> <ul> <li>Warsaw, Poland</li></ul>Why build your career at Starburst?<br/>We live by our three core company values: Character, Competence, and Ownership and are a team of top performers.
