- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in the area of social services, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated responsible administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Employment Specialist I or an Employment Specialist II.
- Satisfactory work record as determined by the People First/Human Resources Department.
- Successful completion of Copa’s training program
- Must have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- TB Test clearance required at the time of hire and annually.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements.
