Now, we’re seeking a strategic and highly organized Project Operations Manager to keep our productions running like clockwork—from pre-planning to execution and analysis.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our operations, developing timelines, deploying technical teams, and optimizing project workflows to make sure every show runs on schedule, on budget, and with maximum impact.

What You’ll Do:

📅 Develop project timelines and schedules that drive accurate budgeting and resource allocation

⚙️ Monitor progress across trades to detect and solve conflicts before they impact delivery

👥 Manage technician deployment and create a centralized scheduling platform

📡 Maintain communication with Lead Techs and Technical Management to track progress and updates

🧭 Set and maintain project milestones while collaborating with Sales Engineers and Tech Managers

📊 Build analytics to measure and improve profitability, efficiency, and labor usage

📝 Create and maintain standard operating procedures and safety documentation

🕒 Keep projects moving through consistent, detail-oriented attendance and oversight
