Job Description

  1. Understand Product Roadmap and Technical Scope:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product roadmap and technical scope of the project to align team efforts with business goals.
  2. Ensure Timely Delivery:
    • Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables by Scrum/Kanban teams, managing project timelines and resources efficiently.
  3. Setup Agile Ceremonies:
    • Organize and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  4. Client Engagement:
    • Engage with clients effectively on a daily basis, addressing their concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring their requirements are met.
  5. Technical Discussions:
    • Handle technical discussions with architects and technical leads, proposing improvement ideas and ensuring alignment with the project’s technical goals.
  6. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and concise status updates, reports, and presentations.
  7. Thinking Breakthrough Sessions:
    • Lead Thinking Breakthrough sessions to creatively and effectively solve complex business problems, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong technical background, capable of handling technical discussions and proposing improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings and sessions.
  • Experience with knowledge transfer processes in a global team environment.

    Additional Skills:

  • Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
