Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements!   

 

Where You Will Work: 

The Kidney Dialysis Team provides specialized care for adult in-patients with acute/chronic renal failure. The goal of the dialysis team is to provide the highest quality of care to patients in need of dialysis, centered on evidence-based practice guidelines. Nursing care follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Conditions for Coverage for End Stage Renal Disease patients. Clinical care is documented in the patient’s electronic medical record. 

We’re Looking For: 

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing  

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices  

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the     American Heart Association   

  • Kidney Dialysis experience strongly preferred 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.   

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
